We offer virtual and physical offices for rent. We are different than a traditional lease because we don’t require long term contracts and offer a myriad of additional services not included in a traditional lease.

What are your Service Agreement terms?

Brickell Business Center facilitates getting into your Miami office space immediately. Your monthly fees cover most regular office expenses (real estate taxes, maintenance, A/C, electricity, maintenance, reception courtesies, as well as furniture and high-speed Internet). You just choose your plan, your suite, and the term (from days to months to years) we will provide a turnkey workspace for you and your staff.

Can I hold meetings at Brickell Business Center?

It’s the best location to hold a meeting!  You have access to any of our three state of the art conference rooms. How is Brickell Business Center Staffed?

We have a professional client service coordinator as well as an onsite Operations Manager, which are trained to provide immediate solutions for you and your business. We also have an on-site IT services team to support your technical needs.

Is parking available in your building?

Yes, it is located in the rear of the building. Brickell Business Center members receive discounted monthly rates.

Does public transportation reach your location?

Our offices are conveniently located just a couple of blocks from one of the Miami Dade county metro-mover stations. You will have access to FREE and convenient public transportation throughout the Downtown Miami and Brickell areas.
